Courtney Williston is a new scholar who has joined the WIN team while in the final stages of her doctoral studies in Applied Social Psychology in the Department of Psychology at the University of Windsor. Courtney brings tremendous expertise in health services delivery and health provider–patient relationships from the perspectives of vulnerable populations of women. Her research expertise in qualitative methodology examining how patients and health providers engage in practice settings brings an important patient-centric perspective to the team and to the case study research focused on innovation adoption and scalability. Courtney’s research has been recognized by the prestigious national award of the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council Doctoral Fellowship.
