Dr. Ryan DeForge received his PhD in Health & Rehabilitation Sciences from Western University (London, Canada), where he held a Frederick Banting – Charles Best Canadian Graduate Scholarship Doctoral Research Award from the Canadian Institutes of Health Research. Upon receiving his PhD in 2013, Ryan completed a post-doctoral fellowship under the supervision of Dr. Anne Snowdon, and since 2015, has been working at WIN as a health and innovation sciences researcher, educator and knowledge translation specialist. His current research examines how innovation adoption and innovation procurement intersects with behavioral and socio-political influences. With deep expertise in qualitative research methodologies, Ryan’s research is both practical and actionable, as well as being critically informed by a variety of theoretical and conceptual schemas.
