Lindee is the Chief Executive Officer of Joule, a subsidiary of the Canadian Medical Association. She is a strategic, innovative senior healthcare executive, with a blended experience in both the corporate and non-profit sectors.
Her collaborative approach to complex business challenges combined with her inspirational leadership is demonstrated through her proven track record of achieving business results in an evolving market. Lindee managed high profile strategic initiatives in the corporate sector ranging from changing the selling models for mature biotech products to market access programs to obtain drug coverage. In the non-profit sector, she led the Canadian Hemophilia Society through the contaminated blood scandal resulting in significant social change policy for the Canadian blood system.
Prior to joining Joule, she held positions with Crohn’s and Colitis Canada, ALS Society of Canada, Janssen Ortho, a Division of Johnson and Johnson, Canadian Blood Services and the Canadian Hemophilia Society.
