Dr. Snowdon receives recognition at the University of Windsor’s Celebration of Excellence in Scholarship, Research and Creative Activity

On March 8, 2017, Dr. Anne Snowdon was recognized at the University of Windsor’s Celebration of Excellence in Scholarship, Research and Creative Activity. The annual event spotlights accomplishments and achievements of faculty to pay tribute to those who have received significant awards and honours for their research or creative activity.

The University of Windsor recognized and congratulated Dr. Snowdon on her accomplishment in 2016 for receiving the prestigious ACE award from the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care, recognizing her Achievement, Commitment, and Excellence as a member of the Ontario Health Innovation Council.

Dr. Snowdon is the Academic Chair at the World Health Innovation Network, based at the Odette Business School at the University of Windsor. WIN brokers partnerships between key stakeholders to source, embed and scale innovations in health systems. WIN develops the evidence of impact and scalability across health systems and disseminates this information to accelerate health system transformation, drive economic growth and improve patient outcomes.
