Executive Leadership Education Program:
WIN’s Executive Leadership Education Program is focused on developing leaders who can design, implement and scale innovation in health care systems. Current and emerging health leaders participate in this intensive program to scope, design and implement an innovation demonstration project approved by their organization, providing a unique opportunity for experiential learning that is relevant to their business priorities. Participants receive Certification and Designation as a WIN Alumni, which includes access to continuing leadership development coursework, and active engagement in real world innovation projects with WIN partners as WIN alumni. Program content includes: leading health innovation using systems design thinking, exploring innovative funding models, health care economics, global health system trends, which serve to build leadership capacity for health system organizations in Southern Ontario.
The Program is delivered by world renowned thought leader Dr. Anne Snowdon in two (two day) workshop sessions. Participants are mentored by national and international experts who provide guidance, knowledge and insights to support their innovation work. A webinar is also offered to support learning through the sharing of successes and challenges as participants implement their projects.
